Field of use
The grab crane is intended to powering of loading-unloading from the warehouses with wooden products, scar iron or other articles, and loading – unloading of railway waggons. It also can be adapted for loading – unloading of barges, by arrangement of travelling system.
Description
The grab crane consists of a substructure, self-propelled undercarriage on tyres and a superstructure, a 360° slewing platform against the undercarriage, the work equipment being joint vertically mounted on the platform. For ensuring crane’s stability, the undercarriage is provided with pressing-on earth legs in four points or blade and two pressing – on points. Travelling, platform slewing, loading equipment movement and pressing-on earth drive is hydraulic. Main operation parameters are permanently shown on a display. The grab crane has three operating modes so that the operator may select the optimum operating mode based upon the purpose of work.
