|
PB 4200 Scrap Packet Press is a high technical level machine, of modular design, that can be easily
transported, operated, maintained and repaired. The press is cyclic working, in automatic mode, being monitored by own processor and is featured by a great productivity and remarkable reliability. It is preferential remote controlled and served by only one person, regularly the operator of material loading and packets handling equipment. The main components of this machine are the press itself and a driving, control and operation survey unit. The press itself has a steel structure rectangular shaped tray, where the scrap subject to packeting is introduced. The tray is closed on topside by a swinging cover that creates a pressing chamber when closing. In the pressing chamber two slides with orthogonal movement work, successively pressing the scrap until getting the final packet. The scrap packet is evacuated from the tray through a gate located in one of the side-walls. The cover of tray is secured in closed position by two hydraulically driven locks. On cover respectively tray outline there are detachable and interchangeable knives, for cuting the material of size greater than tray opening. All inner surfaces of the pressing chamber are lined with detachable and interchangeable wear plates. The driving, control and operation survey unit provides press operation. In standard version, this unit is located behind the press, in-line with it and it is hard connected to it. Depending on customer`s option, the driving, control and operation survey unit can also be independently located, the unit`s and press axis being inclusively concurrent. The press is driven by an electric motor through a fully hydraulic transmission . Hydraulic power is generated by two pumps that feed a system mainly consisting of: hydraulic oil tank; distribution block; protection valves; oil cooler; filter of 10 µm; hard and flexible pipelines; linear hydraulic motors. Operation control is provided by a control and survey system that is part of driving unit and provides also the interface between the press and serving personnel through a signaling and control panel. The range of environmental temperature allowed during operation is -25°C up to +40°C. For this purpose the press is equipped with an oil preheating system up to +20°C, a control system for oil temperature during operation, adjusted to +40°C and a limitation of oil maximum temperature to +70°C during operation. | ||
